Spin off of Friday nights Psychic Circle. Designed to be a time to practice meditation, time to connect to Spirit and time to discuss questions and topics that have surfaced during the Friday sessions.
Kelly has taught yoga for more than 10 years and has 2000+ hours of teaching experience, she is also E-RYT 500 Certified.
