Techniques to sense or see body’s energy field: View the aura around the body, then fingers/hands + View a slow shift of emotions which alters the aura/energy field, so participants may notice color changes or receive sensations of the emotional tone/flavor + Create a positive affirmation ball for self (healing/love) + Sense the energy of a class partner.
We will discuss some @ home techniques to help further strengthen the gift.
